Conditions and Agreement:

Dear Client please use EXACT bank information as shown in payment details for each transfer. The Recipient/Beneficiary name is related to the authentic swift.

Very important: The following Correspondent Bank must be written in f.ex. “Subject”or in “complimentary Information” or “information for the recipient”…:

“Correspondent Bank, Deutsche Bank (SWIFT CODE: DEUTDEFF, A/C NO. : 10095509710000)”

Please note:

Payments by internet banking are not possible from some banks via Mauritius as it is out of SEPA Zone.

In this case, ask your Bank to do the transfer please.

The rate for the villa is exclusive of any banks fees or charges; guests are responsible for all related fees and ensuring that the correct amount is deposited into the account. Any difference will be charged by a second invoice. We can click to accept and confirm the reservation on Homeaway only if the EXACT AMOUNT as shown on your invoice is credited on the account.

The owner reserves himself the right to cancel the booking if the payment is not made in due time.


Check in as from 2 pm – 6 pm/ check out at 11 am latest.

We shall endeavor to provide earlier access and later access according to our availability. Early arrival and late departure can be secured by booking one more night.

Reservations shall be for a specific number of guests, children included, which may not be exceeded unless it has been authorized by the owner. Additional guests will be charged in full under the terms and conditions.

According to Tourism Authority and Insurance policy, apart from you, note that no more accommodation is permitted in the villa and avoid giving access to any external person.

The accommodation provided is for the exclusive use of clients shown on the booking form or other confirmation email. Sub-letting, sharing or assignment is strictly prohibited.

Visitors are not permitted. Please contact us if you wish to invite friends or family.

Children must be under your surveillance. Please encourage them to respect house and objects;

We are not responsible for personal belongings of Guests, including money. We strongly recommend that you keep your important items in the safe and lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.

The owner cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience caused by the interruption in the electricity supply, water, telephone and internet. No refund would be possible.

The owner cannot be held responsible for the lack of house staff (illness for example). No refund would be possible

We recommend that all guests have the required travel insurance which covers cancellation, theft, illness and accident. Please read the small print of your insurance policy before travelling to ensure that you have the correct cover.

No minor child will be left unattended in the setting of the property.

For villas with pool, with secured or unsecured pools, we cannot be held responsible in case of accident.


Air conditioning: Electricity charges are included in the rental costs. We kindly request that all doors and windows be closed when the air-conditioning is on and that the units are turned off when the rooms are unoccupied. If you wish to let the units run all day, please let us know and we will give you a quote for the additional Electricity cost which will be payable on arrival. Electricity is very expensive in Mauritius.

If this is abused, a fee will be charged on your departure day.

All guests are expected to act in a respectable manner towards their neighbor’s and to ensure that they do not cause a disturbance to the surrounding Villas. In the case of any unacceptable behavior, unreasonably high noise levels or general misconduct, we reserve the right to ask clients to vacate the premises or to take action against them under the Mauritian law.

A security deposit as shown on the invoice is payable in cash on check-in at the villa. This deposit will be reimbursed on the day of departure if the Villa be found in good condition. A deduction will be made for any breakages or damage.

In case of severe damage to the house/property/furniture, the police will be called.

Food and Beverage, cleaning supply are not included.

Services of the housemaid are included, please check description for details.

Tips are complimentary but expected generally in Mauritius.

Only the house personnel have access to the villa (No masseuse, fisherman etc. other than permitted by the owner)

The owner reserves the right to refuse any booking, which is unsuitable for the property.


will be reserved by us at the guest’s request; it will be delivered by a third-party company. We, as the landlord of the accommodation, act only as intermediate to the transportation/car rental company.

Guest understands and acknowledges that we shall not be responsible for any delays/difficulties, nor accidents or robberies occurring with transport/ car rental.

Guest must personally re-contact the rental company to reconfirm all reservations of cars and transfers.

Return to the airport: Guests SHOULD reconfirm their pick-up time and date 48 hours before their departure directly with the rental company.
